If the Customer disputes in any way the quantity of the delivered products, such dispute is only accepted at the time of delivery at the Company’s premises and not after the departure of the means of transport. If the Customer disputes in any way the quality, packaging or any other characteristics of the products, such dispute will be accepted for inspection by the Company only if expressed in writing within 3 days from the date of receipt of the products and, in any case, before their use. Returns are accepted only after a written agreement with the Company and no later than 15 days from the delivery date; also, the returned products must be in the same condition as they were originally delivered.
The Customer must store, transport and generally manage the products in accordance with any special terms indicated on their packaging or brochures or on the Company’s website and, in particular, protect them from rain, very low temperatures or exposure to extreme weather conditions. The Customer’s intended use of the products should be as recommended by the Company and indicated either on the packaging or brochures or on the Company’s website. The manner in which the products will be used, as well as the safety of use, are the sole responsibility and care of the Customer and the end user.
If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is intended for your personal use and not for serving your individual activity, you are entitled to withdraw within 14 calendar days, returning the product to us. The right of withdrawal applies as long as the product is in its original condition and the return is realised using your own means and at your own cost within 14 calendar days from the day of withdrawal (whether you return it yourselves or send it via transport company). If the return is approved, we will refund in full the price you have paid for the specific purchase, in the same way in which you paid for it.
You may exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the product, so that it can be considered within deadline; no further justification is required on your part. In case of a timely exercise of the right of withdrawal, a prerequisite for the return is that the product is in its original condition, the packaging is intact and all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products and materials are included. If the product has lost its value due to bad handling that goes beyond the mere examination of the product’s functionality and characteristics, you must make a financial compensation for the relevant decrease in value. In this case, the specific financial compensation will be deducted from your refund amount. In all similar cases, you will be notified before the credit and refund process is completed. Especially in the case of components and spare parts where the material requires appropriate know-how regarding its selection and installation and which cannot function as a stand-alone unit, its unpacking automatically implies that it has lost at least 50% of its commercial value and, in case of withdrawal, it will be credited accordingly at 50% of its invoicing value, unless it concerns a purchase made by you following our suggestion.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of Withdrawal does not apply in cases that are excluded according to the applicable legislation and case law, such as products that have been manufactured for you under your own specifications, services that have already been performed, products that due to health concerns are not suitable for return once unpacked, as well as printer consumables, software that has been unsealed etc.
